1. Eligibility for Returns

- Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:

- Custom-made or personalized products
- Final sale or discounted products
- Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, or improper care
3. Return Process

5. Exchanges

- If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the issue and your order details.
- We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
