1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days after the return is approved.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Lingerie, swimwear, and intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Final sale or discounted products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, or improper care

3. Return Process

  3. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not support direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the issue and your order details.
  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
